If you forget your password you can reset it following the instructions below:

Re-setting your Password:
  1. On the login screen click on 'Can't Login'
  2. Enter your email address (which is normally your username)
  3. Tick the box to say you are not a Robot
  4. Click 'Reset My Password'
  5. Check your mail
  6. Click on the link in the email from no-reply@contact.resdiary.com
  7. Create a new password




If you have tried to log in multiple times, once you have had 3 failed attempts you will get this message:



How do I get unblocked:

  1. Wait 5 minutes and try again - it will reset automatically.
  2. If you are not unblocked after 5 minutes, follow the 'Can't Log in' button to reset your password as above
