If you would like to add vouchers to your subscription with us, you can do so by clicking here and submitting this form. 


Once you have vouchers added on, you'll need to ensure stripe is enabled for voucher sales. 


1. Stripe. 

Go to settings > stripe settings > click ''Use Stripe for Voucher Payments'' > save. 


Go to settings > New Booking Process Payment Settings > Make sure Stripe and Resdiary Voucher are toggled Green.

2. Creating your Vouchers.

 

Go to promote > Vouchers > add. 


The name and description of your vouchers will be visible during the online purchasing process for your customers, so we recommend you make this as clear as possible. 

Set the minimum and maximum amount of of this type of voucher than can be purchased per transaction. 

Set the price and expiration period > add. 



3. Postage Methods. 


Go to promote > Vouchers > postage methods. 


Here you can set up the types of delivery options you can offer to customer who purchase your vouchers. 

For example- Email only for £0, post and packaging for for £3, express post and packing for £5 ect. 


Please note, if you select ''requires delivery'' when setting up a postage method, the purchaser will be prompted to supply their address so the voucher can be delivered to them.

4. Getting your voucher widget on your website


Go to Promote > Online Facilities > Front-End - Vouchers

This is your voucher widget URL, 


Before adding this to a public forum, this is a great time to purchase a voucher yourself to check you're happy with everything and the voucher confirmation email you received. 



This can be embedded directly on to your website, we recommend using an iframe to do this.

5. Redeeming your Vouchers (Internally/ Manually). 


When a guest wishes to redeem their voucher you can do this is one of 2 ways. 


 1- If you taking deposits, or have manually added a deposit to a booking, you can cash this off and show it as paid by redeeming a voucher within the booking. 




 2- Go to Promote > Vouchers > Redeem Vouchers. 




Vouchers can only be redeemed in full. 

Once a voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be used again. 



6. Reports


Go to Reports > Offers And Incentives Reports. 

Here you will see 3 voucher specific reports you can use should you need to.
