On your main Diary page you will be able to see all your bookings for the day.  Depending on a few different factors, these bookings will appear in different colours, as seen below.

The image above shows bookings in the "Arrival Status" view (our default) where the different colours indicate whether the guest has has arrived, is late, has left or is still to arrive.

In the top right of the diary, as indicated in the image below, we can change the information we are viewing and also see the key which indicates what each different colour means. Below the image you'll see a breakdown of this image. Please note, on the "Channels" category (where your bookings come from - Online, Internal etc) includes unique channels made specifically for our Test diary. You have full access to creating your own channels as well.
