The more information you give us, the better we’ll be able to reproduce and fix the problem. When the issue is unclear we may ask you for more information.

 


  • What steps will reproduce the problem?
  • What is the expected output?
  • What do you see instead?

  • Can you provide us with examples?

  • Date & time, Booking reference and/or covers
  • Was there an error code?

  • Include screenshots if you think it may be helpful for a complete report.
