Daily Feedback Summaries:
As part of the ResDiary feedback system we can keep you and your management team informed about the reviews that your customers have submitted.
You can activate an automated daily summary email which includes your average score out of 5 plus the full content of reviews submitted.
All reviews, whether submitted privately or publicly will be included along with the unique booking reference.
The summaries are delivered between 6am - 7am and will allow you to action any reviews by either responding or flagging them for removal.

How to activate:
Go to Settings > Notifications > Notification Settings
Scroll to the section titled 'Daily Feedback Notifications' and ensure that you tick the box to switch this feature on.
You can then enter any number of email recipients which could include yourself and fellow management.
