Located in Reports > Booking Report (Not to be confused with Bookings Report)


Purpose: Show a variety of information about your past, present and future bookings. Almost an all-in-one report.


1) Select Date Range




2) Select Date Type



Visit Date = The date they are physically coming to the restaurant

Made Date = The date they booked

Cancellation Date = Date the booking was cancelled


TIP: If you tick more than one box it will search for the combination. I.e. if Visit Date and Made Date are ticked it will search for bookings made and visit for the date range selected. 




3) Select Service



If you are looking for booking for a specific service you would tick the appropriate service. 


TIP: The information in the brackets relates to the segment i.e. Special Operations or Christmas Operations




4) Select Area


If you are looking for booking for a specific area you would tick the appropriate service. 


TIP: The information in the brackets relates to the segment i.e. Special Operations or Christmas Operations




5) Report Type


Summary = Shows the overall stats for Area, Service and Number of People

Details = This shows more information that you want shown. This can be edited in Settings > Report Settings follow this guide here on Report Settings




6) Staff User or Concierge / PA

You can search all users/Concierge/PA or a single user/Concierge/PA.




7) Booking Status

Provisional = A booking that is or has been unallocated at some point - see this topic on unallocated bookings

Confirmed = Shows bookings that have been confirmed 

Closed = Show bookings marked as closed

Waiting = Bookings that are on the W8List or Standby List

Unallocated = A booking which is currently not seated in the diary




8) Booking Type

Online (Front End) = Show bookings made in the old booking reservation widget

Internal = Only bookings made internally

Online (Widget + API) = Only bookings made on the current booking widget or if you have an API widget
