How to cancel a booking


Firstly, click on the booking you wish to cancel. This will bring up the pop out menu. 

  • Click on the   symbol 




You will be prompted to provide a reason


You can opt in or out on whether you want to notify the customer via email of the cancellation by ticking the box.
(these reasons are set up by restaurant individual in Settings > Cancellation Types

You can view cancelled bookings in Reports > Customer Contact > Cancellation Report > Date Range > Search by either Visit Date or Cancellation Date > Show Report
