When you click on the Report a Problem button it will take you to the next step. Here you are able to add in information to highlight something specific in the image. Once you have done this can you press the next Page Button
On this page you will be asked for your email address and some information on what actually went wrong. Try to give as much information as possible about what you were trying to do, what happened and any other relevant information. Once you are happy with the information press 'Send'
This ticket will then come through to our ResDiary Mobile Team who will be able to look into the issue you are having.
