Recency, Frequency & Monetary Value.


The RFM report allows you to target customers based on how often they dine as well as how much they spend. It's a little daunting looking at it at first but it's quite straight forward after you've used it once or twice.


1. Add your own Recency (over what period of time)

2. Add your own Frequency (how many visits)

3. Add your own Value (customer spend each visit).

4. Generate Report.

5. Create Create Marketing List from selected result.
