At ResDiary we know that you don't want to have to be chasing diners to complete in their PreOrders. Now you can setup when you want to send out reminder emails. 


*Please note that you will need to have added on the ResDiary PreOrder function to your package. To find out more about this please click here


1 - Go into Settings and click on Details

- Choose the 'Other Details' tab


- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see Pre-order automatic reminder settings



Here you can set which timeframe or timeframes that you want to send out a Preorder reminder email to your diners.


We have a number of standard timeframes set:


1 Day

3 Days

5 Days

14 Days

30 Days

and a custom function - Letting you set up when you want to send them out!

4 - Now once you have chosen the correct timeframes hit 'Save'. 


Remember if you ever need to see if a Reminder Email has gone out to a customer you can track this in the Notification Report
