Before you can begin accepting enquiries and managing these from ResDiary, you will need to cover a few steps;




Enable venue areas for enquiries (at least one) 



  1. Go to 'Settings' > 'Areas'

  2. Click the edit icon beside any of the areas 
  3. Tick the box 'Allow event enquiries'
  4. Click 'Save'










Set your minimum and maximum party sizes


  1. Go to 'Settings' > 'Event Enquiry Settings'

  2. Enter your 'Minimum Capacity' and 'Maximum Capacity'
  3. Configure a custom message if preferred.























Add your 'Event Types'


  1. Go to 'Settings' > 'Event Enquiry Settings'

  2. Type each type that you cater for and click 'Add Event Type'
  3. Click 'Save'
