Booking Reports - Cancellation Report


The cancellation report allows you to track the reasons of your cancelled bookings. This includes the reason 'No Show'.

To locate the cancellation report go to reports: 


- booking reports 

- cancellation report 

- top left keep as change to cancellation details

- far right select the venue (if in a group) 

- choose to report on by visit date or by booking made date or cancellation date

- enter the date range you want to report on 

- at filter by select cancellation reason and select no show

- press edit columns you see and their order, here you can remove or add additional columns to be included  

- run report:
