It would be helpful if there was an option somewhere to note brief details of bookings that were declined because we did not have availability at their preferred time. 

It would allow us the option to review business to see if we shoudl change table sizes / number of covers booked per time slot. 

Just time / number of covers and reason for decline option would be great.
