Email customers from Event Enquiry

It would make perfect sense to be able to converse with the enquiry maker from the enquiry itself. Currently, the process would be:


1) User enquires the RD widget

2) Staff tidy the request and then leave RD to email

3) Conversations happen outside of RD and rely on people adding the info correctly

4) The payment details are sent from RD

5) The event form is generated from RD


Either:


A) Create an integration so emails can be copied in

or

B) Allow conversations to happen from the event directly
