We would like to view our feedback based on visit date rather than review date so we can measure the success of a particular service. Could you please add a filter to allow us to do this?
I have just updated this feature request to 'In Progress' as we are working on amending the filter of 'Booking Date' to 'Visit Date'
This will reflect in the daily summary emails also and I will let you know when the development work is complete.

The filter in the feedback report has now been changed to ‘Visit Date’
This should help you refine the results to a service.
