Example, having contact details that include DOB/Postcode etc - without initially suggesting Name/Email/Number is required, it looks to the customer like the full thing is required.
Not a huge thing but could this be looked at as a Customer improvement.
Are you referring to to the online booking widget and the customer perception of what is requried and what isn't before they start entering their booking details?
If so, then we do have a small addition to this page planned whereby an asterisk will indicate required fields.
