I am looking for a way to confirm to our internal team that a voucher has actually been sent in the post.

Ideally a tick box of some description in the voucher report that confirms a voucher has been sent.

Most of our vouchers go out as xmas type cards and are very popular, but unless actioned immediately i can no longer tell whats been sent and what hasn't.

Any ideas on this gratefully received.
