Good evening, you may have been asked this before but is there anyway of removing reservation comments when a customer books through yourselves? These prove unhelpful as some ask above and beyond what we offer, however,said customers still complain when demands aren't met eg inc quiet table at weekends, birthday cake and decorations provided for the table, dietary requirements that we don't cater for without notice. It has been causing unnecessary conflict between ourselves and customers and feel it is unhelpful.
