When we have larger groups booked in we often have multiple guests calling to pay separately with different cards but are unable to take additional payments on the booking and have to make separate bookings to take payments which is messy and harder to keep organised. This also applied to the same guest who's card has expired or wans to use a different card - we would like all the payment details for the booking to be kept together and easy to see.
