Messages should be easier to 'create'.

We would use them a lot, e.g. to let staff know that the inside tables are booked and only outside tables are available to book. However the process to create a message is time consuming. 

The message icon in the diary should immediately create a new message for the day instead of doing 10 steps to create a message, and end up with a list of 'old' messages.

Eveve did this really well with their 'notes' feature.
