I reached out to see if there was anyway to add an icon in after a booking has been made, for example; birthday (cake) or anniversary (two glasses).  We get some many people calling up to say it's a special occasion, which I add to the notes so the floor staff see but it would good if there was an icon on the top level page....like you have with the little alarm bell ringing.  It can be so busy here staff don't always look at the notes.

Just a thought.
