I am submitting a feature request to add customer payment functionality within ResDiary. We process a significant volume of Virgin Experience Days and Buyagift voucher redemptions, approximately 1,000 of each per month. These currently have to be recorded differently, as the posting items and tender types are handled separately.
It would be extremely beneficial if the booking platform could support custom payment methods. This would allow these voucher redemptions to be correctly mapped through the Simphony interface and ensure that the appropriate tenders are posted automatically, improving accuracy and reducing manual handling.
