The instruction on the wrong-password page are unclear. It says we have been temporarily locked out, when in reality I can re-set my own password.
The instructions are asking me to contact ResDiary, who typically get back to me with instructions on how to re-set the password myself.

We are making some updates on Tuesday 24th to the instructions shown when the locked status is activated.
This should make it clearer to users what they need to do to regain access to their account.
We have amended the login page now to hopefully make it clearer what the steps to take when locked out should be i.e. use the 'Can't login' button to reset the password.
