Please could we add a column “cancelled date” so we can easily distinguish deposits taken that are actually a cancellation fee. We can then see that the date the deposit was taken was not at time of booking but at cancelation date or visit date – hence it was a charge to customer.
I have looked at the stripe reports and yes it gives us details of the customer but stripe also does not know if it’s a deposit or a cancellation charge. As these are treated differently financially we need to know this information.
What would also really help is having a “Show cancelled only” tick box…so we can run a report for them only.
