Special requests alert

Hello 

Is it possible for Resdiary to alert staff or alert at time of booking at least the booking comments ??? 

For example we have had a lady booking in online requesting if possible a window table, now fortunately I managed to intercept this whilst looking at another booking at the time. It also highlighted that for tomorrow night I have had a highchair request and a Gluten free request but only because I have clicked on all the comments am I aware. 

Surely this needs to be a flag somehow ? Before the shift begins !
