This page allows you to tell the diary what you want to be notified of, for example when bookings have been made, when a closeout has been added and by whom or when a customer has left feedback.


You can also set when the reminder and post-dining emails are sent or alternatively disable them from sending.


How to create/edit notifications in notification settings 


Go to settings - venue - notifications - notifications settings:

 

Booking Notifications


Forward bookings that match the following criteria:


Here you can choose what you want to be notified of:

  • For example - bookings for parties of 8 or more
  • Tick the box to receive notification from the list below
  • Add the email address/addresses where the notifications have to be sent 


Top Tip - If you don't want to receive notification of new bookings made but want to receive notifiication of ammendments and for cancellations, tick internal bookings and online bookings but DO NOT tick forward bookings made to the following email address.



Daily Feedback Notifications


Enter an email address to receive notification when a customer has left feedback and tick the box:


 

Daily Summary Notifications


Enter an email address to receive daily summary notifications and tick the box:



Close Out Notifications


Enter an email address to receive notification when closeouts are added to the diary:




VIP Notification


Enter an email address to receive notifications of VIP customers and tick boxes:




Email and SMS Reminders


Here you choose the time when reminder emails and or SMS get sent prior to arrival. You can also choose not to send reminders from the list below:



Post Booking Emails


Choose when to send your post-booking emails after departure and tick the box:



Function Enquiry Notifications


Enter an email address to be notified of customer function enquiries and function cancellation enquiries and tick the box:



Pre-order / Takeaway / Pay at Table Notifications


Enter an email address to be notified when ordinary (non-Takeaway, non-Pay at Table) Pre-Orders are submitted to the following and the box:
