Add a cut off time for online amendments / cancellations


You can allow your customers to edit their bookings online but also decide on the timeframe before arrival that edits or cancellations can be made.

To set how far in advance of booking that your customers can amend / cancel their booking;


  1. Go to 'Settings' > 'Details' > 'Other Details'
  2. Scroll to the section 'Online Settings' 
  3. Enable the option to 'Allow Customers to Edit Bookings'
  4. Enter a time in minutes e.g. 1440 = 24 hours
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save'


NB: The value of '0' will mean that no restrictions apply.
