Confirmation bug

Costumers troubling to get a confirmation mail of there reservation with the results of double/triple bookings. Any suggestions ?

I have the same problem. 

We've had customers complaining of no email then just turning up, or not completing a booking confirmation at all because the process is complicated. Last week we had 54 incomplete bookings. Had to call them all and had a 10% success rate as they'd booked elsewhere
