Just a suggestion I don't know if technically it would be possible but a lot of times I have noticed people booking twice by mistake and usually the bookings were not made on the same day. A couple of times i have actually had 3 bookings on the same day when only one was required. These can be very hard to spot when you have a lot of reservations and has led me turning away tables before realizing it was a double booking.
Is there a way that these could be flagged by perhaps changing the colour of the double booking to a bright red or pink using duplicate email addresses or tel numbers to identify them.
