Export your ToGo Reservations

Follow the steps below to export all your future bookings from the ToGo system

• First, visit the 'Venue Statistics' section of your ToGo dashboard.

• Click on 'Detailed Statistics'
  
  
  

• Select Today's date as your 'Start Date' and choose the 'End Date' of your last reservation.

• Select 'Get'

• Once the report is complete, select 'Export Bookings'

• Your future bookings file is then downloaded.
  
  

• NB: The ToGo time format converts time of day to minutes. Please see the attached file of the times that you will need to convert before we can upload.
