The W8List allows you to handle walk-ins at peak times. It will cleverly allocate walk-ins, avoiding conflict with pre-booked reservations.   

1 - To start click on the 'Add walk in' button on the top right of the app

 

2 - Now you can choose to quote a specific time for the wait and also if they want to book into a specific area.  

3 - Now you can enter in the customers details.  If the guest has dines with you before, their profile details will auto-populate. Otherwise you can enter new customers details 

4 - Now your waitlist reservation will be added to your waitlist.  

5 - From here you can notify the booking that their table is ready, Seat the Booking, Decline the booking or mark them as a no show
