Before you can begin accepting enquiries and managing these from ResDiary, you will need to cover a few steps;
Enable venue areas for enquiries (at least one) 
Go to 'Settings' > 'Areas'
- Click the edit
icon beside any of the areas
- Tick the box 'Allow event enquiries'
- Click 'Save'
Set your minimum and maximum party sizes
Go to 'Settings' > 'Event Enquiry Settings'
- Enter your 'Minimum Capacity' and 'Maximum Capacity'
- Configure a custom message if preferred.
Add your 'Event Types'
Go to 'Settings' > 'Event Enquiry Settings'
- Type each type that you cater for and click 'Add Event Type'
- Click 'Save'
