Before you can begin accepting enquiries the diary needs to be configured to accept enquires.

How to set up event types

Go to settings - events - event enquiry settings - enter the minimum and a maximum number of covers you wish to accept - add each type of event one by one - save.

How to enable areas to accept event types

Go to settings - table management - areas - select the correct segment if applicable - edit each area and tick 'Allow event enquiries' - save.
