If you are looking to extract all of the email addresses for your future bookings so that you can send them out a mailer then we have the solution. 

As Resdiary can only send out mailers to customers that have opted in to your marketing list we are recommending that you do this through an email service such as Mailchimp or similar. 

Step 1.

Go to Reports - Booking Reports - Booking Report:

Step 2.

Make sure to select 'Booking Details' report at the top left of your reports screen. This report provides detailed information, including your customer contact details

Step 3.

Far right keep as visit date and enter the date range:

Step 4.

Press edit columns you see and their order and add in customer email:

Step four

Click on 'Run Report' and then 'Export' 

Please Note: make sure you check this report for customers where no email address is provided as you will need to contact them by phone direclty.
