How to pull a detailed booking report to get contact information of future bookings to send them a mailer via your email provider 

If you are looking to extract all of the email addresses for your future bookings so that you can send them out a mailer then we have the solution. 

As Resdiary can only send out mailers to customers that have opted in to your marketing list we are recommending that you do this through an email service such as Mailchimp or similar. 

Step one

Go to Reports> Booking Reports> Booking Report

Step two

Make sure to select 'Booking Details' report at the top left of your reports screen. This report provides detailed information, including your customer contact details

Step three

Now, select your parameters on the right hand side menu, including the date range

You can also customise the columns displayed:

Once happy with your parameters, click on 'Run Report' and then 'Export' 

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THIS REPORT FOR ANY BOOKINGS THAT MAY NOT HAVE HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS ATTACHED AND JUST A PHONE NUMBER. IN THAT CASE, YOUR TEAM WILL NEED TO CALL THESE BOOKINGS DIRECTLY
