At ResDiary we know that you don't want to have to be chasing diners to complete their PreOrders. Now you can setup when you want to send out reminder emails.

To modify when your pre-order reminder emails get sent out:
- Go into Settings
- Pre Orders
- Pre Order Preferences.
2- Go to Automatic Reminders
Here you can set which timeframe or timeframes that you want to send out a Preorder reminder email to your diners.
Hit the dustbin icon to remove any previously added reminder configurations.
Add a number of days > click 'add'' > click ''update'' to save a new reminder configuration.
