Settings - Pre-Orders

You can auto-send Pre-Order email reminders at different timeframes in the lead up to a customers booking. 

This allows you to send email reminders to customers at your specified time in advance of the Pre-order's cut off time.

E.g. Pre-Order cut off time = 2 days before booking

       7 day reminder set = reminder email goes out 9 days before booking

This setting can be found in:

• Settings
• Pre-order
• Pre-order Preferences  
• Click 'add pre-order email reminders

There are pre-programmed time frames already in the diary, and you also have the option to add your own custom number of days. 

NOTE: You can create more than one reminder and this will apply to ALL your pre order menus.
