To add SMS integration to your account please click here.

Once you have Silverstreet SMS Integration in place you can set the time frame in which SMS reminders are sent. 

To change this setting, go to Settings - Venue - Notification - Notification Settings:


Scroll down to Email and SMS Reminders

The options are to set SMS reminders to go out every day for all customers visiting that day By Schedule e.g. every day at 9:00 all SMS reminders are sent for that day's bookings:

The other options available is to set a Time Before booking arrival that SMS reminders are sent e.g. 1440 minutes (24 hours):
