To set up SMS integration with ResDiary you will need to request this in writing (email will do!) There is an additional cost of £10+VAT/month to your current subscription.

Once you have your Silverstreet SMS Integration in place you can set the time frame in which SMS reminders are sent. 

To change this setting, go to Settings >  Notification Settings > Email and SMS Reminders

The options available are to set a 'Time Before' booking arrival that SMS reminders are sent e.g. 1440 minutes (24hrs)

The other option is to set SMS reminders to go out every day for all customers visiting that day 'By Schedule' e.g. every day at 9:00 all SMS reminders are sent for that day's bookings.
