What is the process for installing an App?

Hub integrations are installed via the App Marketplace and requires no intervention by the support team to set up API access. The follow steps are complete by the diary user:

Go to:
> Settings
> App Marketplace
> Choose App (integration)
> Select Install
The user grants the app permission to access their diary.

Note: Some app installations may require the user to log in to their account on the third party solution to continue with the authentication process.

The app communicates with the authentication server to request and obtain access to the diary.
