With over 2 billion WhatsApp users globally, and Indonesia being the 4th biggest country, it would be great to have the functionality to send booking notifications by WhatsApp, along with Direct WA messaging from the NBP, which is logged under the booking history.

This is single-handedly the most requested feature. Every new sign up asks.

First Table has this functionality already from their SMS provider Twilio. perhaps Silverstreet have this functionality already.
