A really useful report tool for any venue is to better understand the marketing / advertising ROI (return on investment).
A key measurement of this is from the box 'How did you hear about us?' which is a compulsory field in our booking platform.
A must needed report would provide the TOTAL per a filter for a selected data range
Example: Date Range: 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023
Report: How did you hear about us?
Filters: ALL
REPORT: Total for each filter in one report.
With this data, a venue then export to
create a graph to benchmark the performance of each filter again each one - How
did you hear about us?
This way a venue knows where to re-invest their advertising dollar and can provide a simple report for the return on investment (ROI) from advertising dollars.
Example: How did you hear from us?
TOTAL Radio: 65 covers
TOTAL TV: 200 covers
TOTAL Newspaper: 50 covers
Apply an average spend per a cover vs the cost of the campaign and you have an ROI.
