Purpose: Show how long customers book in advance.

Benefit: Get an idea of whether customers book on the day or well in advance. 

Filters:

Search By - Booking Date/Visit Date

Booking Date  - This shows bookings made in this period

Visit Date - This shows the bookings that are physically visiting in this period

To locate the Lead Time Report go to reports - booking reports - Lead Time Report - filter by booking date or visit date.

In this example you can see that their most popular lead time is 15-30 days. Their customers are more likely to book for next month in advance. 

Equally their 'walk ins' are quiet low as little bookings are made within the hour of visiting.
