Send a cancellation email when card detail requirement expires


Could we have a cancellation email sent when the time period for providing card details expires?

Hi Bridie,

We have release the requested feature for cancellation emails to go out when the system removes the booking from the diary due to non-payment or no card details being submitted.

I have had our support team prepare a mock branded template for the email itself and will contact you separately to go over testing this out.
