Booking History and How to Check It
The booking history will log all activity that has occurred to a booking, this includes;
- When it was made
- Who made it
- Was the date of the booking changed
- Was the time changed
- Was there a change in covers
- Was the promotion changed
- When they paid (if applicable)
To find the booking history click on the booking, on the pop up click History, here you will see all activity for that booking.
