There may be table join combinations you don’t want to set up permanently which are only used in 'special' circumstances to allow you to seat a large party booking. These can be added as temporary joins from the booking process.

Creating a temporary table join

Open the booking form, once you have selected the cover size and time the best available table/table join will appear. Next to it will be a link icon, please see below:

This will open the temporary join window:

In the table section select the tables you want to seat the booking on:

Once you have selected your tables press add join and this will place the temporary join into the table drop down menu for this booking only:

Once saved the booking will appear in the diary with the broken link icon on it, this shows a temporary join is in place.
