Table Management - Services 


Turn times give you the leeway to clear and re-set your tables between reservations. The turn time is deducted from the earlier reservation, meaning customers are told they need to vacate their table 15 minutes earlier than the time shown on your diary. 


So if you give two hours at the table for dinner service and a customer books in at 6pm, they'll be told/their confirmation email will say they need to vacate their table at 7.45pm. 


To add the turn time 

  • Go to Settings - Table Management - Services 
  • Choose the segment you want to add a turn time to 
  • Choose your service - hit Edit 
  • Under Service Times, navigate to the Turn Time section 
  • Enter the number of minutes you need to turn tables. 

Please note: the turn time needs to match up with the timeslots in your diary. So if you take bookings every 15 minutes, it can be multiples of 15.
