Importing data from another system? Here is what you need to know. 


  • We can import both booking data and customer data - these will need to be supplied in 2 different files. 


  • All data files sent to us to import must be in CSV format. 

  • We recommend that once you have exported your data and reservations, that you switch off online availability on your current provider. This is to ensure you do not get double booked and no reservations get forgotten about or excluded from the import.

  • You can arrange your data import with your trainer during your initial session. All imports must scheduled in advance for an agreed date and time.

  • This is to ensure the designated team member is available to work exclusively on your import on the designated date in order to get this task completed swiftly.

  • We ask that all data files are sent to us no later than 9am on the agreed date of import.

  • Only one import will be completed per diary and imports cannot be reversed, so please ensure the data you send across to us is correct and complete.

  • Prior to your scheduled import, you will be sent across a form to complete to sign off that any data we import on your behalf was obtained compliantly. No imports will be completed until this form has been received. Please ensure any marketing opt in columns within your data import are clearly marked as venue level, group level or both.

  • We ask that all clients  have updated their table joins in full prior to this import to ensure any imported reservations add to your diary with ease.
