When a change is made to the settings pages of your restaurant setup we record the:

  • Date
  • User
  • Setup (Area of Product)
  • Field
  • Action
  • Old Value
  • New Value


The Setup Changes Audit Report allows you to report on changes made to your setup so that you can track what has happened and when. The following criteria are included in the report:

  • Accept Online Bookings (Master Setting)
  • Accept Bookings so many Days in advance 
  • Advance online booking setting
  • Online Standby List 
  • Allow customers to edit bookings 
  • Tables
  • Areas
  • Services (All the settings on the main service tab only)
  • Rules (Enabled and Disabled)
  • Manage Bookings by Channel
  • Deposits (Only if it was deleted) 



It does not include:

  • Close Out changes
  • Promotion Updates
