For organisations who would like to restrict access to their diary to only specific locations, we can allow an IP restriction function.
To implement, both the customer and ResDiary admin need to carry out certain steps. When both are complete, any attempts to log in from an IP address outwith the nominated list will be blocked and not able to access the diary.
How to enable IP restrictions
Go to settings - security and user permissions - select IP addresses - press click new - enter the IP address allowed to access ResDiary (IP addresses must be added one by one) - save.
Once added contact Resdiary via the help button in your diary as we need to enable the IP address restrictions settings from the back office:
